Finding content in the Library

Search all guides

What this is: The Library is the list of everything you've made: articles, glossary terms, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, datasheets and social posts, all in one table. This page covers how to find a specific piece once you have more than a screenful.

Open it from Library in the left sidebar. The List tab is the table described here; the Pipeline tab shows the same content as a board grouped by stage.

Search

The Filter content... box at the top right searches across your whole library, not just the rows currently on screen. Type a few words from a title and the table narrows as you type.

Gotcha: Search matches titles and post text, not the body of an article. To find a piece by something written inside it, search for its title or open it and use your browser's find.

Filters

Three controls narrow the table, and they combine:

Archived in the status list is a separate view rather than a filter: it shows content you've archived, with a Restore to library action on each row. Social posts don't get archived, so this view is content-only.

When nothing matches, the empty state offers Clear all filters to get back to everything.

Rows per page

The footer at the bottom of the table controls how much you see at once:

Because search and filters run across your entire library rather than just the current page, you can leave this on a small number and still find anything. Paging is only about how much you want on screen at a time.
