Repurpose a video, PDF or deck

What this is: A guide to turning something you already have (a video, PDF, slide deck, or document) into a brand-new piece of on-brand content.

Repurposing starts in chat with a source you provide, walks you through choosing an angle and format, and then spins up a ready-to-write content project in the pipeline.

Start with a source

In chat, provide the source you want to repurpose:

1. Upload a file: a PDF, DOCX, PPTX, image, or text file.
2. Or paste a YouTube URL.

The platform ingests and analyzes it before handing control back to you.

How a repurpose session progresses

A session moves through these statuses:

Ingesting → Analyzing → Interactive → Writing → Completed

(If something goes wrong, it shows Failed.)

When the session reaches Interactive, a panel appears and it's your turn to make choices.

Make your choices (the Interactive panel)

The Interactive panel gives you:

• A source card: a platform badge, extracted key themes shown as chips, and the transcript or text.
• Choose an angle: pick one of the suggested angles for the new piece.
• Create as: choose the format: Article, Pillar, Blog, Glossary, or Social.
• A platform picker: appears if you chose Social, so you can target LinkedIn, Twitter, and so on.
• An Authenticity level: how closely the new piece should stick to the source:
  • Quote directly: keep the source's exact wording.
  • Blend: mix source material with fresh writing.
  • Write freely: use the source as inspiration and lean on your brand voice.

Create the content

When you're happy with your choices, click Create [type] (for example, Create Article). The platform spins up a new content project in the pipeline with a pre-filled brief, ready for you to write.
