What this is: A board of content ideas, each scored and backed by evidence, with a one-click path from a promising idea to a real brief. Open it from Ideation in the sidebar.

Generating ideas

Click Generate ideas. You can add an optional focus phrase and choose how many to produce, then press Generate.

Ideas are grounded on your clusters, personas and offerings, your open content gaps from Coverage & gaps, and any signals collected by Intelligence.

Before you add anything, a banner tells you how well grounded the batch actually is. It will say the ideas were grounded on real signals from your crawled data, or that they are strategy-led because no market signals were available yet. That second case is the sign to go and add Intelligence sources.

Every candidate is pre-ticked, so untick the ones you do not want, then press Add.

Gotcha: Nothing is saved until you press Add. Closing the dialog throws the batch away, and Regenerate replaces the whole list.

Working the board

Five columns: New, Reviewing, Approved, In progress and Published.

Each card shows a priority score out of 100, the format (blog, guide, comparison, listicle, video script or case study), the funnel stage, the title, and how many gaps it is linked to. Cards in New carry inline Approve and Reject actions; clicking anywhere else opens the full idea.

Switch between Board and Table with the view selector. The table lists every idea with its score, format, funnel stage, intent, status and creation date.

Gotcha: The board hides rejected and archived ideas. Table view is the only way to see them again, and there is no un-archive or un-reject control.

Inside an idea

The detail view explains the reasoning: a description, why it matters, the pain point it addresses, a score breakdown across the scoring axes, and the evidence it rests on (how many gaps, signals and pages).

From here you can Approve, Reject, Archive, or:

Gotcha: Generate brief takes you to the editor straight away while the brief is still being written, so expect it to look empty for a moment.
