What this is: A guide to creating platform-ready social posts, either directly in chat with the social specialist, or automatically alongside a full article.

Social posts are short, platform-specific pieces (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) that you write in chat and then copy into each platform yourself. They are not auto-published. Think of the platform as your on-brand drafting assistant.

Create a social post in chat

  1. Click New content → Social post (or simply ask for one in chat, e.g. "Write me a LinkedIn post about X").
  2. You land in chat with the social specialist.
  3. The specialist generates platform-specific posts, which appear as artifacts you can review.
  4. When a post looks right, save it. It lands in your Library.
Tip: You don't have to start from the button. Asking in plain language ("Give me three Twitter posts announcing our new feature") drops you into the same social specialist.

Find and edit saved social posts

Social posts live in the Library at Library. To see only social posts, filter by type Social.

Each post in the list shows:

To edit a post:

  1. Open it from Library → Social.
  2. Edit the text and, if you want, the optional metadata: Hook, Hashtags, brand-voice score, engagement techniques, and voice adjustments.
  3. Click Save.

Publishing social posts

Gotcha: Social posts are not auto-published. Copy the text from the editor and paste it into each platform (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) yourself.

Get social posts alongside an article

You don't have to create social posts one at a time. When you produce a full article, you can have social posts generated automatically as part of the Extras stage.
