What this is: A generated performance report pulling your AI-engine visibility, Search Console numbers, traffic and technical health into one document, ending with a short list of what to do next. Open it from Pulse in the sidebar.
Prerequisite: Pulse reports on connected data. With nothing connected you still get a report, but most sections will show a "not connected" card instead of numbers. See Integrations overview.
Click Generate report, choose a Cadence (Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly), and adjust the From and To dates if you want a different window. Generating usually takes 10 to 20 seconds, and the list refreshes on its own as a report moves from Pending to Running to Completed.
Gotcha: Choose the cadence first. Changing it afterwards resets From and To to a fresh default window and discards the dates you typed.
Gotcha: There is a limit of 10 Pulse reports per workspace per hour.
| Section | What it covers | Needs |
|---|---|---|
| TL;DR | An overall status of On Track, Needs Attention or At Risk, a written summary, and headline numbers. | Nothing |
| GEO & AI Engine Visibility | How often AI engines mention your brand against competitors, by topic and prompt, plus the sources they cite. | AI Visibility connected |
| Traditional SEO | Clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, and which keywords moved. | Google Search Console |
| Mid-Funnel | Sessions by channel and how your landing pages convert. | Google Analytics 4 |
| Technical Health | Your latest audit score, plus search terms with high impressions and very low CTR. | A completed website audit |
| Priority Actions | The five highest-impact moves for the next cycle, with the reasoning and the expected outcome. | Nothing |
Each section that needs a connection shows a card explaining exactly what is missing and a button that takes you to the right settings page.
Gotcha: A report is a frozen snapshot of the data at the moment it was generated. Nothing in it refreshes later. To see newer numbers, generate a new report.
Gotcha: In the Mid-Funnel section, No GA4 traffic in this period is not a connection problem. It means that window genuinely had no sessions. A longer date range usually fills it in.
Every completed report has a public link. Read the next paragraph before you send one.
Gotcha: A Pulse share link is genuinely public. Anyone holding the URL can open the full report with no login and no account, and the link cannot be expired or revoked from the app. It stays live for as long as the report exists. The report contains your traffic, rankings, competitor comparisons and AI-visibility data, so treat the URL as being exactly as sensitive as the report itself, and only pass it to people who should see all of that.
A recipient sees the full report with your workspace name and the generation date, and nothing else. There are no links from it into the rest of the product.
