What this is: A board view of your content library, with one column per stage, so you can see at a glance where everything is stuck.
The board is the Pipeline tab on the Library page. You can also click Pipeline in the sidebar, which takes you to the same place.
Gotcha: Because the board lives inside the Library, the breadcrumb and the highlighted sidebar row both read Library once you land there. You are in the right place.
Five columns, left to right:
| Column | What sits here |
|---|---|
| Draft | Started, not yet being actively worked. |
| In progress | Being worked on now. |
| In review | Waiting on a reviewer. |
| Approved | Signed off and ready to publish. |
| Published | Sent to your CMS as a draft. |
An empty column reads No items.
Gotcha: Published does not mean live. Publishing creates a draft in WordPress or Webflow; you publish it from your CMS. See Extras & publishing.
Each card shows the content type (Article, Glossary, Whitepaper, eBook, Datasheet or Report), the title, its topic cluster if it has one, when it was last updated, and the assignee's initials. A gold Auto badge means autopilot is on for that piece. Clicking a card opens it.
The search box and the type and status filters at the top of the Library apply to the board too. Use the search box to narrow to a title, or the type filter to separate Content from Social.
Gotcha: The board has columns for Draft, In progress, In review, Approved and Published only. Filtering by Imported, Ready or Posted leaves every column empty, because those states have nowhere to sit. Social posts never appear on the board either.
Gotcha: If you picked a topic on the List tab, that filter is still applied on the Pipeline tab, but the Topics sidebar is hidden there, so the board can look empty for no visible reason. Switch back to List and choose All topics to clear it.
You cannot drag a card from one column to the next. Moving a piece forward is an approval, and approvals happen in the piece itself: open the card and approve the stage in the editor, or ask for it in chat. See the content pipeline, end to end.
Archiving is also not available here. It lives on the List tab's row menu. See Finding content in the Library.
Gotcha: The board shows your most recently updated content and has no pager. In a large workspace, older pieces will be missing from the board even though the List tab still finds them.
