What this is: Quick answers and fixes for the questions that come up most, the "why isn't this working?" moments.

My scheduled content didn't publish.

Publishing needs two things in place:

  1. A connected CMS (WordPress or Webflow).
  2. Either Autopilot ON, or the piece reached the Extras stage and you clicked Approve for scheduled publish.

The publisher runs every few minutes, so give it a little time after it's approved. See content plan and extras & publishing.

The Website tab buttons are greyed out.

The Website tools need data to work with. Connect a website source and Google Search Console in Settings → Integrations. See integrations overview and connect Google Search Console.

I published but nothing is live on my site.

That's expected. The platform only creates a draft in your CMS. Open the draft in WordPress or Webflow and publish it there.

My keyword data stopped updating.

Check Settings → Integrations. If the Google Search Console card says Reconnect required, Google revoked the platform's access and syncing stopped. Click Reconnect Google Search Console and authorize again. Your property and thresholds are kept, so syncing resumes on its own. The Google Analytics 4 card works the same way for Pulse metrics, except that you pick your property again after authorizing. See connect Google Search Console and connect Google Analytics 4.

My drafts sound generic.

The writing is only as sharp as your brand setup. Finish your brand voice, personas, and positioning. See brand setup and how brand voice is used.

My Webflow SEO/OG fields are empty after publishing.

Those fields have to exist first. Add the SEO and OG fields in the Webflow Designer, then map them. See webflow.

The crawl finished but pages are missing, or it failed.

Re-run the crawl. If pages are still missing, check your blog URL pattern and exclusions, then confirm the pages appear in the website index. See crawl & website index.

How do I edit a brand field the dashboard won't let me, or do it faster?

Just ask in chat. The agents can read and write your brand settings, so you can change most fields conversationally instead of hunting through the dashboard. See chat vs the pipeline.
