What Content Pipeline is

Read this first. It gives you the mental model everything else builds on.

Content Pipeline is an AI content-marketing platform. You teach it about your brand once (your voice, who you sell to, what you offer, how you're positioned) and then a team of AI agents helps you plan, write, optimize, and publish SEO content that sounds like you and targets the right keywords.

There are two ways you'll work with the AI, and knowing the difference is the single most useful thing to understand up front:

We cover this in depth in Chat vs. the pipeline. It's worth reading early.

The journey, end to end

  1. Set up your account and workspace. Sign in, invite teammates. → Accounts & access
  2. Teach the platform your brand. Brand voice, ICPs, personas, positioning, offerings, competitors. This is what makes the writing sound like you instead of generic AI. → Onboarding overview
  3. Connect your integrations. Google Search Console (required for website work), Google Analytics, and your CMS (WordPress or Webflow), so the platform can publish drafts for you. → Integrations overview
  4. Load your SEO data. Keywords, clusters, trusted sources, important pages, and a crawl of your existing site. → Keywords & clusters
  5. Plan and create content. Build a content plan, or create single pieces through the pipeline; generate social posts, collateral, or repurpose existing material. → Content plan
  6. Find and fix opportunities on your live site. Rankings you're close to winning, audits, gaps, internal linking. → Website overview

How the pieces fit together

Your brand setup and SEO data are the ground truth. Everything the AI produces (plans, briefs, drafts, social posts, audits) is steered by them. The better your setup, the better the output. That's why onboarding matters more than any other single step.

Publishing is always a draft. When the platform publishes to WordPress or Webflow, it creates a draft there. Nothing goes live on your site without you clicking publish in your CMS. This is deliberate and safe: the AI drafts, you approve.

New here? Do the setup in order (brand → integrations → SEO data) before you try to create content. Skipping setup is the most common reason early output feels generic or a feature looks "greyed out."
