The Dashboard

Search all guides

What this is: The landing view for "where does everything stand right now". It reads your content library and answers three questions: what needs attention, what is ready, and what has just been published.

Open it from Dashboard in the sidebar.

What you see

The page opens with a greeting and the date, followed by a one-line summary of how much content is in review and how much is still being drafted.

Under that are four cards:

CardWhat it counts
In reviewPieces waiting for someone to review them.
ApprovedPieces approved and ready to publish.
PublishedPieces the platform has sent to your CMS as a draft.
DraftsEverything still being worked on.
Gotcha: Drafts combines the Draft and In progress states into one number, so it will not match a single status filter in the Library. Content imported from your CMS is not counted by any of the four cards.
Gotcha: Published does not mean live. Publishing creates a draft in WordPress or Webflow; you publish it from your CMS. See Extras & publishing.
Gotcha: The small arrows on the cards are decoration, not a trend. They do not mean a count went up or down since last week.

Suggested for today

Below the cards is a prompt card that points at the piece you touched most recently and offers to pick it back up, with View pipeline and Open chat buttons. In a brand-new workspace it invites you to start your first piece instead.

Recent activity and Recently published

Two panels sit at the bottom:

Clicking any row opens that piece.

Gotcha: Recent activity writes the review state as pending review, while the Library and the Pipeline board call the same state In review. They are one status, not two.

What the Dashboard does not show

Gotcha: The Dashboard reads your most recently updated content, not your entire archive. In a large workspace the numbers describe recent work rather than everything you have ever produced.
